What is Kashi Annakshetram?

Kashi Annakshetram is a project of MCKS Food For Hungry Foundation in which a place is developed in the heritage city of Varanasi (Kashi) that ensures free meals to anyone and everyone who visits the place.

 

Whom Kashi Annakshetram serves?

The place serves to all who are in need of food from morning 11:00 am to evening 07:00 pm on any day. Irrespective of caste, creed, religion, color or ethnicity, the place welcomes all who struggles to fight hunger.

 

Are there any charges at Kashi Annakshetram for meals?

No, all the cooked meals are completely free of charges. If anyone is interested, they can voluntarily donate to the foundation money or services as per their wish.

 

What is the aim of Kashi Annakshetram?

The aim is to provide a sense of security and hope to people for their basic need of food. 

 

How can one contribute?

The expenses per meal is reduced to as low as Rs 10 by MCKS Food For Hungry Foundation Uttar Pradesh. Anyone can donate accordingly to serve as many number of people as possible.
